Intermediate Care Facility (ICF)

Our Intermediate Care Facility is licensed for 33 beds, and is regulated like a Skilled Nursing Facility with a few exceptions. We are currently have a wait-list with beds available. Please inquire at the Home for openings at 573-581-1577.

Activities

We offer daily activities to include but not limited to:

Bingo, Cards, Trivia, Board games, Movie night, Planned outings, and Church services

Media Access

Residents and their guests have free access to Wifi and Spectrum Charter Cable TV is offered throughout the facility.

In The Know

Residents do not have to be a King’s Daughter nor do they have to ambulate “walk-in”. We accept all levels of acuity; female residents aged 65 and older.

Financial Resources

Long-term care insurance, veterans benefits and/or private pay

At this time, we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare as forms of payment. However, Medicare benefits are available for your prescriptions, therapy and hospitalization.

We contract our therapy with RehabCare-they accept Medicare and Private Pay.
